In the app
Open Pooz, go to Profile, then Delete account, and confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Without the app
Email hello@getpooz.com from the address you sign in with (or include your username) and ask for your account to be deleted. We verify it is you, delete the account, and confirm by email, normally within a few days.
What is deleted
Your profile and username, your sign-in (including the link to Apple or Google), your reviews, photos, saved restrooms, friends, challenges, badges, and Poozies.
What stays
Restrooms you added remain on the map so other people can still find them, with your name removed. Aggregate ratings are recomputed without your reviews. Reports you filed about content are kept in anonymized form for moderation records.
